West German Naval Parka w/liner

Zipper tab was broken in half, visable stains, and all the metal bits were varying degrees of corroded, ranging from just a bit of rust to Statue of Liberty. Description failed to mention (lack of) quality of the item. I expected some fading, as seen in the single photo, but not all this other nonsense. Not for $100. "Removable fa(u)x fur liner" isn't even accurate because the bottom metal buttons for the liner are so corroded together that I fear the liner would tear before they'd come apart, and I wouldn't be able to get a refund if that happened. I'm not even sure if I can get a refund at all; the website doesn't show anything about returns, and customer service is slow if it even exists. I'm sure there are some good quality items on this site, but the item I recieved was not one of them.
