US Armory Corporation carry vest for soft body armor from the mid 1990s. These do not have inserts its just the carrier. These are used and may have some staining and small blemishes but there is no damage. 

Fits well underneath clothing and any Kevlar or other soft body armor inserts can be placed inside. These are marked with dates from 1993-1994 and are all listed as medium sizing.
