Soviet GP5 Gas Mask Filter

These gas mask filters were produced by the Soviet union to be used with the civilian defense GP-5 gas masks. With 40mm GOST threading it can fit onto and mask or hose with the same threading. These were made from the 1960s to 1990s and may have slight colorations of olive green. These may or may not come with storage wear and wax paper.
These filters can protect from some particles it should NOT be used. These filters have asbestos particles in them which can cause lung cancers. These filters are sold only as a collectible piece for gas mask collections or period correct impressions.
