The East German Airforce had a lot of very loud equipment. To protect the very important ear drums and skulls of their ground crew they developed a very simple solution. These helmets. Very similar to other jump and protection helmets they give a decent amount of protection to any head trama. They can seal fairly well around your ears to also give a decent hearing protection. All these helmets are used, they may come with some blemished, names and slight damage. A great piece for any East German or Airforce helmet collection.
